Health of Environment is Key to Preserve Right to Life Under Article 21: SC - (01 Apr 2019)

ENVIRONMENT

Supreme Court has suspended Environmental Clearance granted for development of Greenfield international airport at Mopa in Goa and observed that health of environment is key to preserving right to life as a constitutionally recognized value under Article 21 of Constitution.
