CRIMINAL - Bombay HC Sets Aside Process Issued Against Tata's Trustee in Shapoorji's Defamation Complaint - (30 Mar 2019)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has set aside process issued against R Venkatraman, managing trustee of Tata Trusts, in a defamation complaint filed by Shapoorji Pallonji and Company Pvt. Ltd. under Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code.
