PROPERTY - Buyer can't be Required to Wait Indefinitely for Possession: SC - (29 Mar 2019)

Supreme Court has said that a buyer cannot be required to wait indefinitely for possession and also affirmed Consumer Commission order directing the developer to refund the amount to the buyer.
