CRIMINAL - Special Court Slams NIA for Investigation Methodology in Samjhauta Case - (29 Mar 2019)

CRIMINAL

Special Court, which acquitted all the four accused in the Samjhauta Express bomb blast case, has reprimanded the National Investigation Agency (NIA) glaring discrepancy in its methodology of investigation.
