INSOLVENCY - NCLT Orders Commencement of Insolvency Process Against Orchid Pharma's Promoter Group Firm - (29 Mar 2019)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has ordered commencement of corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) against Orchid Healthcare Private, a promoter group company of Orchid Pharma, which is under resolution process and is in the process of scouting for suitors.
