INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Sterling Biotech case for second time has questioned motive of lenders, led by Andhra Bank to withdraw their bankruptcy application and to choose a one-time settlement with absconding promoters of Sterling Biotech.
