ELECTION - Gujarat HC Refuses Relief to Former Congress MLA Bhaga Barad - (28 Mar 2019)

ELECTION

Gujarat High Court has rejected the plea of former Congress MLA Bhaga Barad challenging his disqualification as a lawmaker and the decision of the Election Commission to declare the by-election for Talala on March 10, despite there being a stay on his conviction at that point of time.
