INSOLVENCY - NCLT Admits Bank of India’s Insolvency Plea Against Shrenuj & Co - (28 Mar 2019)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has admitted insolvency plea against Shrenuj & Co, the century-old diamond house that had the late Maharani Gayatri Devi of Jaipur as its brand ambassador during its heydays.
