Gujarat HC Seeks Details on Illuminated Hoardings Placed on City Streets - (02 Dec 2015)

Gujarat HC has sought details about illuminated hoardings placed on city streets whose glares affect vision of vehicle drivers temporarily blinding them while driving. The court also ordered civic body to place before it rules and regulations regarding installation of such hoardings on roadsides.
