Bombay HC Clears Way for Mhada - (02 Dec 2015)

Bombay HC has cleared ways for Mhada to undertake a mega redevelopment project work in south Mumbai and dismissed petition filed by a developer who had staked a claim to redevelop the property at Lamington Road.
