CIVIL - Delhi HC Stays Order Barring JNU Students from Official Meetings - (22 Mar 2019)

Delhi High Court has stayed order of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) executive council barring office-bearers of JNU student’s Union (JNUSU) from attending meetings of various schools and courses because they did not provide separate bills of their individual expenses during student union polls.
