SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Comes into Force - (01 Dec 2015)

SEBI on 2 September 2015 notified SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which has come into force from 1 December 2015. From today, listing agreements between listed entities and exchanges will become will be replaced by listing regulation.
