INSOLVENCY - NCLAT Asks ArcelorMittal to Consider Revising Bid for Essar Steel - (15 Mar 2019)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has asked ArcelorMittal to consider revising its Rs. 42,000 crore bid for Essar Steel India Limited (ESIL), and also observed that a window of opportunity could be provided to promoters of Essar if they cleared all debt related to Essar group.
