INSOLVENCY - NCLAT Asks Ruias to First Clear Dues to Consider its bid for Essar Steel - (15 Mar 2019)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has directed promoters of Essar Steel to pay their dues, as per the orders of the Supreme Court, saying it would then “make room for” them.
