INSOLVENCY - Sterling Biotech: NCLT Slams Andhra Bank over OTS Proposal - (15 Mar 2019)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has pulled up Andhra Bank for accepting a 'One Time Settelement' (OTS) offer from absconding promoters of Gujarat-based Sterling Biotech group, which is embroiled in a Rs. 8,100 crore bank fraud.
