CIVIL - Madras HC Stays Proceedings Initiated Against Film and TV Producers’ Guild - (15 Mar 2019)

Madras High Court has stayed all further proceedings pursuant to a notice issued by Registrar of Societies to Film and Television Producers Guild of South India on January 3 stating that its name would be struck off from register for not having submitted statement of accounts for last three years.
