INSOLVENCY - NCLAT Warns RCom May Land Back in Insolvency Unless Dues are Cleared - (14 Mar 2019)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has warned lenders to Reliance Communications that their failure to release tax refunds to clear telco's dues may force court to send operator back into insolvency proceedings.
