BANKING - Bombay HC Refuses Interim Relief to Kotak Mahindra Bank on Promoter Stake Issue - (13 Mar 2019)

Bombay High Court has refused to grant any interim relief to Kotak Mahindra Bank on Reserve Bank of India’s direction to dilute promoter shareholding and posted matter for further hearing to April 1.
