Delhi HC Tansfers Sajjan Kumar's Case to Another Court - (01 Dec 2015)

Delhi High Court has transferred a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case involving Congress leader Sajjan Kumar, from one trial court to another, due to controversial allegations that evidence was not being properly recorded.
