CIVIL - Bombay HC Paves Way for Two Housing Projects Near Defence Land - (01 Mar 2019)

Bombay High Court has quashed refusals by defence ministry for naval and army No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and allowed construction of two residential high-rise projects in Mumbai to go ahead.
