SC Rejects Tamil Nadu's Plea Seeking Police Custody of Kovan - (30 Nov 2015)

Supreme Court has rejected plea filed by Tamil Nadu Government seeking two-day police custody of folk singer Kovan, who was granted relief by the Madras High Court in a sedition case.
