CIVIL - Prosecution Under Customs Act Not Barred in Regard to Art Treasures: SC - (28 Feb 2019)

Supreme Court has held that prosecution under Sections 132 and 135(1)(a) of the Customs Act, 1962, is not barred in regard to the antiquities or art treasures.
