CIVIL - Delhi HC Questions Centre on Giving Retrospective Effect to Black Money Law - (27 Feb 2019)

Delhi High Court has asked Centre as to how it gave retrospective effect - from July 2015 - to black money law which was enacted in April 2016 to deal with undisclosed foreign income and assets.
