CIVIL - Madras HC Allows Tamil Nadu Assembly to Recover Salary Paid to Disqualified MLA - (27 Feb 2019)

Madras High Court has allowed Tamil Nadu legislative assembly to recover a sum of Rs 21.58 lakh paid as salary and allowances to an MLA who was later disqualified by Supreme Court from holding post.
