CIVIL - Wrong Diagnosis Doesn't Amount to Medical Negligence: SC - (26 Feb 2019)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has dismissed appeal filed by a man against order of National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission which dismissed his complaint alleging medical negligence on part of a hospital in the death of his wife and observed that wrong diagnosis will not amount to medical negligence.
