Madras HC Suggests Specialised Body of Linguists to Examine Classical Status for Languages - (30 Nov 2015)

Madras High Court in order to scrutinise decision of Sahitya Akademi to grant classical language status to many south Indian languages, has suggested that a specialised body of linguists could examine the plea that challenged grant of status to languages other than Tamil and Sanskrit.
