Karnataka HC Directs to Stop work on Apartment Near IAF Station Base - (30 Nov 2015)

Karnataka HC has directed builder of under-construction multi-storey residential apartment complex, near Air Force Station (AFS), Yelahanka, to stop construction work and also stopped him from creating third-party interest in property.
