CRIMINAL - Trend of Minor Rape Victims Turning Hostile is on Rise: Bombay HC - (21 Feb 2019)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has taken note of trend of minor rape victims turning hostile and observed mostly culprit is a relative so child is forced to forget horrific incident and said that if a child turns hostile, it is up to the court to decide if she has actually turned hostile or not.
