SC Directs Interim Stay to Continue on Criminal Proceedings against Rahul Gandhi in Defamation Case - (26 Nov 2015)

Supreme Court has decided to continue interim stay of criminal proceedings against Rahul Gandhi in a defamation case lodged against him for remarks allegedly holding RSS responsible for the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi.
