CIVIL - Child Marriages not Exempted from Compulsory Registration: Kerala HC - (19 Feb 2019)

Kerala High Court has upheld circulars issued by Local Self Government Authorities of Kerala Government making under-age marriages compulsorily registerable and observed that it would ensure that there is adequate proof to penalise the offenders under the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act.
