SC Sets Aside NGT Order to Reopen Tuticorin Sterlite Plant, Asks Vedanta Group to Approach HC - (18 Feb 2019)

The top court ruled that the National Green Tribunal lacked jurisdiction to pass orders that could pave the way for reopening of the plant.
