CIC: Don’t Make Information Public in Mediation Proceedings in Domestic Disputes - (26 Nov 2015)

Central Information Commission (CIC) has ruled that information related to mediation proceedings in domestic disputes should not be made public, as can be used by a "cantankerous spouse'' to harass the other.
