HC Should Examine Whether Complaint is Civil Dispute Cloaked with Criminal Nature: SC - (18 Feb 2019)

Supreme Court has reiterated that a High Court, while exercising jurisdiction under 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, can examine whether a matter which is essentially of a civil nature has been given a cloak of a criminal offence
