Delhi HC Restrains Aapki Apni Party from Publicly Displaying Torch Symbol - (15 Feb 2019)

Delhi High Court has restrained a newly formed political outfit, Aapki Apni Party from publicly displaying its symbol of a torch till next date of hearing, which Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) alleges is deceptively similar to its broom symbol.
