AAP vs Centre: SC Refers Question Related to Who has Powers Over Services to Larger Bench - (14 Feb 2019)

Supreme Court's two Judge bench has split over issue of who has powers to appoint and transfer officers of State Public Services and referred the same to larger bench but agreed on Centre having control over Anti-Corruption Branch in Delhi.
