NCLT Allows Resolution Process of Amtek Auto - (14 Feb 2019)

National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh bench, has allowed financial creditors of Amtek Auto Ltd. to start the resolution process from scratch, more than 18 months after it was first initiated.
