Bombay HC Refuses Interim Relief to Reliance Power Against Edelweiss - (14 Feb 2019)

Bombay High Court has declined interim relief to Anil Ambani Group's promoter entities, which had moved a petition asking the court to restrain Edelweiss Financial Services from selling its pledged shares.
