Bombay HC Questions BMC on Exam for X-ray Technicians' Post - (13 Feb 2019)

Bombay High Court has directed Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to file an affidavit, explaining how eight candidates who had applied for the post of X-ray technicians in civic-run hospitals were allowed to appear for a trade test (skill test) if they were not eligible for the post.
