Delhi HC Seeks Info About System in Place to Enforce FCRA - (25 Nov 2015)

Delhi HC while hearing PIL alleging that political parties were violating Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA)norms and getting funds from abroad, has asked from Govt. regarding what system was currently in place to enforce the FCRA.
