Madras HC Suggests “Liberal Approach” for Tamil as Compulsory First Language - (25 Nov 2015)

Madras High Court has ordered authorities to adopt a “liberal approach” on applications filed by students seeking exemption from the rule stipulating Tamil as compulsory first language in schools.
