Can't Allow Anticipatory Bail Just Because Arrest Would Tarnish Applicants' Reputation: Gujarat HC - (11 Feb 2019)

Gujarat High Court has granted anticipatory bail to social activist Teesta Setalvad and her husband Javed Anand in Rs. 1.4 crore alleged fund embezzlement case related to NGO Sabrang Trust and observed that anticipatory bail can't be allowed just because arrest would tarnish applicants' reputation.
