Madras HC Quashes FIR Against Bharathiyar University Vice Chancellor - (31 Jan 2019)

Madras High Court has quashed FIR registered against A. Ganapathi, the Vice Chancellor of Bharathiyar University and pointed out that complainant has virtually attempted to ventilate her grievance regarding her employment and post doctoral fellowship, by using SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act
