SC Gives Relief to Sarwan Singh Phillaur in Money-Laundering Case - (31 Jan 2019)

Supreme Court has stayed proceedings of Mohali special CBI Court against former Punjab jails minister and now Congress leader Sarwan Singh Phillaur in a money-laundering case registered against him by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
