Delhi HC Dismisses Plea for CBI Probe Into Allegations of Sexual Abuse Against Clergy - (30 Jan 2019)

Delhi High Court has dismissed a PIL for a thorough investigation by CBI or an SIT into all allegations of sexual abuse made against the clergy.
