No Tennis for Karti Chidambaram if He Evades ED: Supreme Court’s Balancing Act - (29 Jan 2019)

A bench comprising of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justice Sanjiv Khanna was hearing Karti’s plea seeking permission to travel to travel to France, Spain, Germany and the United Kingdom in the coming months for tennis tournaments.
