Specifying 50% Disability Limit in Visual Impairment for Judicial Officer Post Legitimate: SC - (23 Jan 2019)

Supreme Court has held that stipulating a limit of 50% disability in hearing impairment or visual impairment as a condition to be eligible for the post of a judicial officer is a legitimate restriction.
