Bombay HC to Police: Follow Court’s Order and Remove Illegal Loudspeakers from Religious Structures - (24 Nov 2015)

Bombay High Court while hearing a public interest litigation filed by Navi Mumbai resident Santosh Pachalag, raising issue of "illegal use of loudspeakers" on top of mosques, has said, "The police will have to enforce the orders of the high court."
