SC Dismisses Reliance's Challenge Against MERC Regulation - (22 Jan 2019)

Supreme Court has upheld Bombay High Court judgment which dismissed Reliance Infrastructure challenge against regulation of Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2011.
