No Total Prohibition of Dance Bars in Maharashtra: Supreme Court - (17 Jan 2019)

Supreme Court has held that there can't be a total prohibition of dance bars in Maharashtra and also relaxed the stringent conditions imposed by the Government for getting license for dance bars.
