Delhi High Court Raps ED for Blocking Transfer of Money by Saudi Investors - (11 Jan 2019)

Delhi High Court has ruled Enforcement Directorate’s action to stop two Saudi investors from transferring proceeds from the sale of shares in a listed company as “wholly illegal and without authority”.
